Remaining Field means any field outside the GrayBug Field of Use and the Kala Field of Use.

  • Should XOMA not exercise the Cardiometabolic Indications Option, the Parties agree to discuss, through the JSC and/or JEC, potential mechanisms to be put in place with respect to the tracking of sales of the Product as between the Cardiometabolic Indications and the Remaining Field in the Retained Territory.

  • During the Term, Servier shall use Diligent Efforts to Commercialize the Products throughout the Licensed Territory [*], including in [*] of the Major European Countries, in the Cardiometabolic Field and in the Remaining Field.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body.   • Licensed Territory means worldwide.
