Remaining Duration definition

Remaining Duration mean the remaining duration of the Loan prior to the Maturity Date as of the prepayment date or the date of acceleration (that would have been applicable but for such prepayment or acceleration).

  • Remaining Dollar-Years means the amount obtained by (1) multiplying the amount of each then-remaining principal payment on such Debt by the number of years (calculated at the nearest one-twelfth) that will elapse between the date of determination of the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of such Debt and the date of that required payment and (2) totaling all the products obtained in clause (1) above.

  • Remaining Weighted Average Life on a given date with respect to any Equipment Note shall be the number of days equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the sum of each of the products obtained by multiplying (i) the amount of each then remaining scheduled payment of principal of such Equipment Note by (ii) the number of days from and including such determination date to but excluding the date on which such payment of principal is scheduled to be made, by (b) the then outstanding principal amount of such Equipment Note.
