Remaining Credit Amount definition
Remaining Credit Amount means, initially, the Additional Fee, as reduced from time to time to the extent of amounts refunded as provided in the preceding sentence. In addition, a placement fee of $1,875,000 was previously paid to BAS in connection with the issuance of the Notes, which were issued contemporaneously with the execution of the Forward Issuance Agreement.
