Remaining Credit definition

Remaining Credit is defined as the credit identified in Section 4.a above.

Examples of Remaining Credit in a sentence

  • It is a breach of this Contract if any act or omission of the PFI in connection with the origination, sale, servicing or Credit Enhancement of any Mortgage causes the Bank any harm, damage or loss, provided, however, that the PFI’s liability for any such breach shall not be deemed to be a guarantee of the payment by any obligor of any Mortgage except to the extent of any Remaining Credit Enhancement in effect from time to time.

  • Without limiting the PFI’s obligation for any Remaining Credit Enhancement in effect from time to time, the indemnification arising under this Section 5.7 shall not be deemed to be a guarantee of the payment by any obligor of any Mortgage.

  • Remaining Credit Line Availability (Collateral line 13 - Loan line 6) $ 8.

  • When the Master Commitment is deemed to be closed to further Delivery Commitments and all Delivery Commitments have been funded or expired, the Actual Credit Enhancement calculated by the Bank in accordance with the Guides shall become the Remaining Credit Enhancement.

  • Each invoice with a credit will indicate the dollar amount of the credit, the cumulative amount of all of credits to date, and the remaining balance of the Second Prepayment (the “Second Remaining Credit Balance”).

  • Other than as stated in this Article 5, the Company shall not have any claim upon the Deposit or the Remaining Credit Amount.

  • In the event the Work Order is terminated pursuant to Section F(1)(b)(i) or Section F(2)(c) of the Work Order, the Remaining Credit Balance and the Second Remaining Credit Balance (the “Overall Balance”) will be set off against any amounts owed by Encana to Contractor pursuant to the MSA and any open Work Order.

Related to Remaining Credit

  • Class B Initial Invested Amount means the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class B Notes, which is $88,550,000.

  • Class Invested Amount means, with respect to any Class for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Class Initial Investor Interest minus the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of payments of Certificate Principal paid to such Class of Investor Certificateholders, in each case prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the aggregate amount of Investor Losses of such Class not reimbursed prior to such Distribution Date and (c) the aggregate amount of losses of principal on investments of funds on deposit for the benefit of such Class in the Series Principal Funding Account, if applicable.

  • Class A Initial Invested Amount means the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A Notes, which is $542,750,000.

  • Class B Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.08(a) (excluding any Reallocated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(a) and plus (f) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(e) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Class C Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.
