Remaining Availability definition

Remaining Availability means, at any time a determination thereof is to be made, that amount which results by subtracting from the Maximum Availability the sum of (i) the principal balance of the Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, and (ii) the aggregate Letter of Credit Exposure at such time.
