Remainder Work definition
Remainder Work means Contract Work that you are performing as at the date of termination and/or expiry of this Contract which we authorise you to continue to perform pursuant to Clause 26.10;

The pricing of the MEP Work and the Remainder Work so approved by Tenant is herein collectively referred to as the “Final Cost Estimate”.
Landlord shall in good faith modify the Remainder Work to incorporate Tenant’s suggested revisions in a mutually satisfactory manner, but Tenant’s shall finally approved in all respects the final pricing for the Remainder Work not later than the later to occur (a) March 26, 2013, or (b) 5 business days of receipt of the final pricing for the Remainder Work from Landlord (the “Remainder Work Approval Date”).
