ReMacs definition

ReMacs means the labor management, inventory control and reporting computer programs known as the “ReMacs Back Office System” and which includes the module known as the “Corporate Configuration Manager” or “CCM” licensed to Legacy Clients under one or more of the Legacy Contracts. “ReMacs” shall include all Enhancements and Upgrades to ReMacs that are sublicensed to Legacy Clients by Radiant pursuant to Legacy Contracts or licensed by Enterprise pursuant to this Agreement, as the case may be. “ReMacs” shall not include Additional Enhancements to the ReMacs computer programs.
