Relocation Work definition

Relocation Work shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement. “Remaining Work” shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • If the Subscriber is interested to change the Address, the Subscriber must inform the Company by contacting the Helpline and booking a Relocation Work Order by giving the Helpline details of the new Address.

  • After the issuance of the notice to proceed and commencement of work, if there are any necessary additional permits, approvals and authorizations that arise from or are related to the EID Relocation Work, EID shall be responsible for obtaining said permits, approvals and authorizations in a timely fashion so as not to delay the work.

  • City and EID agree that EID shall be responsible for 100% of the actual costs associated with the EID Relocation Work affected by City’s construction project, as expressly identified in Exhibit B marked “COST ESTIMATE SUMMARY,” incorporated herein and made by reference a part hereof.

  • However, regardless of the arrangements made by the Development Entity with the Utility Owners, to the extent consistent with the Technical Provisions, the Development Entity shall continue to be the responsible party to the Department for timely performance of all Utility Relocation Work so that upon completion of the D&C Work, all Utilities that might impact any CNG Facility (whether located within or outside the relevant Project Site) are compatible with such CNG Facility.

  • Any other permits, approvals, and authorizations necessary for the commencement of construction of the EID Relocation Work shall be the responsibility of EID.

  • Landlord shall complete Landlord's Relocation Work on or before the Relocation Effective Date provided that Tenant cooperates with Landlord and gives Landlord full access to the Premises to facilitate the performance thereof.


More Definitions of Relocation Work

Relocation Work means the removal or abandonment of Conflicting Facilities 8 maintenance of service for those facilities and the installation or reconstruction of 9 Conflicting Facilities to their permanent and final location. 10

Related to Relocation Work

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
