Relocation payment means:
Relocation payment means the payment required to be paid by any Landlord who takes action to terminate tenancy for any of the reasons set forth in Section 11.102.030 of this Chapter, separate from any security or other refundable deposits as defined in California Civil Code, Section 1950.5.
