Reloading definition

Reloading has the meaning referred to in the ATM Contract.
Reloading means the process by which the Promoter at the instruction of a “Member” (whether such is given verbally by telephone or by means of the “Member” enacting the instruction through their use of the “Website”) enables the “Member” utilising a debit and / or credit card to transfer a specific Pounds Sterling value to the Promoter’s bank account(s) for the Promoter to in turn enact arrangements for the thereby acquired Crazy Points™ value to be converted via the exchange of such Crazy Points™ to New Zealand Dollars and in turn to a redeemable value to be attributed to a specific “Shopping Card” once such “Member” has enacted “Shopping Card Registration” of the appropriate card(s).
Reloading. All activities associated with ammunition production, including processing primers, gunpowder/propellant, cases, and projectiles.

  • Between the day after notification of the Annual Schedule for year N and the last day of year N, for any change to the Subscription concerning an Unloading, Reloading or a Uniform Send-Out Option, the Shipper shall have its minimum payment obligation revised accordingly by application of the tariffs in use at the time of said change to the Subscription, as stated in article 2 of Appendix 5.
