Relinquishing possession definition

Relinquishing possession means that the employee loses control of the container, including giving the container to another person, leaving the container to go to lunch, attending classes or meetings, or setting the container down with the intention of using it again the next day. The container must be labeled by the person who made the original chemical transfer.
