Reliability Run definition

Reliability Run means the operation of the Facility for [*] days in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, the Guaranteed Emissions Limits, the Instruction Manual, the Electrical Interconnection Requirements, the PPA Operating Requirements and Section 6.6.1 hereof for the purpose of determining the Facility's reliability, as described in greater detail in Section 6.6.1 hereof.
Reliability Run means continuous uninterrupted operation of the entire facility / plant for seventy two (72) hours at a load not less than 95% MCR at the modes of operation specified.
Reliability Run means the reliability run test described in paragraph 1.5.12 of SCHEDULE D (Performance Tests) to establish that the Binary Plant can run reliability for a minimum period of 21 consecutive days.

Examples of Reliability Run in a sentence

  • Representatives from the Purchaser shall be allowed to be present at and observe the Reliability Run Test (and any retest).

  • If during the Reliability Run, the Handover Documents referred to in Clause E.11.1 needs to be rectified, the Contractor shall do so promptly.

  • The Company carries or is entitled to the benefits of insurance, with reputable insurers, in such amounts and covering such risks which the Company believes are adequate, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage at least equal to $10,000,000, and all such insurance is in full force and effect.

  • All testing of the Facility shall satisfy the Commissioning Tests and Reliability Run Test provided in this Article 8 and Schedule 6.

  • Contractor guarantees that, in no event later than the occurrence of Final Acceptance of the Facility hereunder, the Facility shall have successfully completed the Reliability Run (the "Reliability Guarantee").

  • The Purchaser shall pay the Seller the Tariff in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 9.4 and 9.5 for Net Delivered Energy delivered prior to the Commercial Operations Date, including during Commissioning Tests and the Reliability Run Test.

  • In the event that the Reliability Guarantee has not been achieved as so determined by Owner, Contractor shall consult with Owner as to the reasons for such failure and thereafter shall take such action or perform such additional Services as will allow the Reliability Run to be re-run as promptly as is practicable.
