The Forecasting Agent shall calculate the potential generation during periods of the Reliability Entity curtailment.
PGE shall not be liable to Seller if curtailment of Scheduled or unscheduled Energy is due to the action of a Reliability Entity and such action shall not be considered a Force Majeure or a Buyer Curtailment under Section 3.8.10.
