Option A Reliability Demand Response Resource that is subject to the Marginal Real-Time Dispatch Option: (a) May submit either a single-segment Bid or a multi- segment bid in the Real-Time Market that must be at least ninety-five (95) percent of the applicable maximum Bid price and can be no greater than one hundred (100) percent of the applicable maximum Bid price set forth in Section 39.6.1.1. (b) Shall be dispatched as a marginal resource if it is dispatched by the CAISO.
