relevant Workforce members means BUSINESS ASSOCIATE’s employees, volunteers, trainees, and other persons whose conduct, in the performance of work for BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:

Examples of relevant Workforce members in a sentence

  • BUSINESS ASSOCIATE shall provide training to relevant Workforce members, including management, on how to prevent the 10 45 CFR §164.402.
