Relevant Utilization definition
Relevant Utilization means each and any utilization under the overdraft, prior to which utilization the overdraft was in zero balance. The Overdraft facility shall be available for a period of one year. Unless otherwise notified by us in writing the Overdraft shall be automatically and continuously extended for a further 12 (twelve) months period.
