Relevant System Assumptions definition

Relevant System Assumptions means the following assumptions provided to, or agreed with, the HVCCC and published on ARTC's website (subject to any confidentiality restrictions) or as determined under section 5.1:

  • ARTC will base each Capacity Analysis carried out under section 5.2 on the Relevant System Assumptions and ARTC will reflect the elements (f) to (j) of the Relevant System Assumptions in the Access Holder Agreements.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
