Relevant Subject definition

Relevant Subject means the subject area where You have expertise as described in your application to be appointed onto the List;
Relevant Subject shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 6.02 below.

  • If notice of a Market Disruption is given by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall enter into negotiations for a period of not more than thirty (30) days commencing on the date the Borrower is so notified with a view to agreeing to an alternative basis for determining the Relevant Subject Rate applicable to the Pro Rata Share of each Affected Lender in each relevant Loan.

  • If no such alternative basis is agreed to within such period, the Relevant Subject Rate to each relevant Loan shall be the rate per annum which is determined and notified to the Borrowers by the Administrative Agent to be the cost to each Affected Lender (as notified by each Lender to the Administrative Agent) of continuing to fund such Loan (the rate determined pursuant to the preceding two sentences, the “Alternate Funding Rate”).

  • For the purposes of this Contract, "Standstill" means a situation of disagreement, expressed in preliminary consultations or, in the absence thereof, in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Olimpia or in the Board of Directors of Olimpia, among the Current Olimpia Shareholders, on the one hand, and Hopa, on the other hand, on a Relevant Subject, at any time during the Term of the Agreements.

  • Relevant Subsidiary means any fully consolidated subsidiary of HeidelbergCement AG and for purposes only of this § 2 does not include any subsidiary which has one or more classes of equity securities (other than, or in addition to any convertible bonds or similar equity linked securities) which are listed or traded on a regulated stock exchange.
