Relevant Settlement Date definition

Relevant Settlement Date. For any Settlement, the Settlement Date, Cash Settlement Payment Date or Net Share Settlement Date for such Settlement, as the case may be.
Relevant Settlement Date means the date customary for settlement substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for the relevant Reference Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent with reference to the relevant Termination Trade Date).
Relevant Settlement Date means, with respect to any Portfolio Investment, (a) if such Portfolio Investment is a Primary Market Investment, the initial date on which the Financing Provider funds such Portfolio Investment loans and otherwise (b) the settlement date determined pursuant to the terms of the Relevant Trade Confirmation.
