Relevant proposal definition
Relevant proposal means a proposal for arrangements which (if entered into) would be relevant arrangements (whether the proposal relates to a particular person or to any person who may seek to take advantage of it).
Relevant proposal means the proposal (of a kind mentioned in section 12) by reference to which the school in question is a new school; and “temporary governor” means any member of a temporary governing body.
