Relevant Offer definition

Relevant Offer means an offer to purchase Shares which, if accepted, would result in the making of a Relevant Transfer;
Relevant Offer. (有關要約) means an offer of relevant securities in respect of which any stabilizing action is taken;
Relevant Offer means an offer of the kind described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order for shares in or debentures of a body corporate of the kind described in Part III of that Schedule.
