RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS definition

RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS has the meaning given in Section 16.

RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS means the Class A-1 Noteholders as that term is defined in the US Dollar Note Trust Deed.

RELEVANT NOTEHOLDERS means the Class A-1 Noteholders as that term is defined in the Class A-1 Note Trust Deed.

• An Extraordinary Resolution passed at any meeting of Relevant Noteholders will be binding on all Relevant Noteholders, whether or not they are present at the meeting.

• Generally, the Trustee will only be required to take action on matters considered at a meeting of Noteholders generally or the Noteholders of Notes of a Specific Series (as appropriate, the " Relevant Noteholders") if directed to do so by Extraordinary Resolution.
