Relevant Fact definition

Relevant Fact means anything relating to or known to the Tenant or to any director, officer or major shareholder of the Tenant which would or might affect the insurer's or underwriter's decision to insure the Premises or to continue to provide insurance against any of the Insured Risks.

  • The merger will grant withdrawal rights to the common shareholders of the Merged Entity who dissent on the deliberation relating to the merger and who were the titleholders of common shares of the Merged Entity on June 1, 2004 (date of publication of the Relevant Fact Notice), pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of art.

  • The Company confirms that its 2018 full year estimates forecast that the adjusted EBITDA will be in a range of EUR 350 and 400 million, as disclosed in the Relevant Fact from 15 October 2018.
