OpenMarkets is a trading participant of Relevant Exchanges and a settlement and clearing participant of ASX Clear.
The occurrence or existing or existence on any Exchange Trading Day during the one-half hour period that ends at the Valuation Time of any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading on (i) any of the Relevant Exchanges or (ii) any of the Related Exchanges in options or futures contracts on the Common Shares of the Company if, in the reasonable determination of the Calculation Agent, such suspension or limitation is material.
