Relevant EMTA Template means, for a particular ForexClear Contract, the EMTA Template that is incorporated by reference into the ForexClear Contract Terms applicable to such Contract, together with any amendments thereto as set out in the ForexClear Contract Terms.

Examples of Relevant EMTA Template in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if a Relevant EMTA Template becomes effective after the Trade Date of a NDF Transaction, such Relevant EMTA Template shall not apply to or amend the terms of such NDF Transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • If a Relevant EMTA Template has become effective on or before the Trade Date of a NDF Transaction with such Currency Pair, the terms of the Relevant EMTA Template shall supersede the relevant terms in the Addendum, but shall not apply to or amend the terms of any NDF Transaction with a Trade Date that precedes the effective date of the Relevant EMTA Template, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • If the parties elect to include in the Addendum terms for a NDF Transaction with a Currency Pair for which a Relevant EMTA Template has not become effective on the effective date of the Addendum, such terms shall govern each NDF Transaction for such Currency Pair with a Trade Date that falls before the effective date of a Relevant EMTA Template for such Currency Pair.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if a Relevant EMTA Template becomes effective after the Trade Date of a NDF Transaction, such Relevant EMTA Template shall not apply to or amend the terms of such NDF Transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the Adhering Parties that entered into such NDF Transaction.

  • The Economic Terms are not included in a Relevant EMTA Template, except a Relevant EMTA Template will contain certain terms relating to the impact of an Unscheduled Holiday or Price Source Disruption.

  • If a Relevant EMTA Template has become effective on or before the Trade Date of a NDO Transaction with such Currency Pair, the terms of the Relevant EMTA Template shall supersede the relevant terms in the Addendum, but shall not apply to or amend the terms of any NDO Transaction with a Trade Date that precedes the effective date of the Relevant EMTA Template, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • Accordingly, if the parties agree to Paragraph 4, they do not need to specify in the Transaction Confirmation or the Addendum any of the terms already incorporated into their NDF Transactions by reference to a Relevant EMTA Template.

  • Only when the terms become effective will the NDF confirmation template fall under the definition of a Relevant EMTA Template in the Master Confirmation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if a Relevant EMTA Template becomes effective after the Trade Date of a NDO Transaction, such Relevant EMTA Template shall not apply to or amend the terms of such NDO Transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • If the parties elect to include in the Addendum terms for a NDO Transaction with a Currency Pair for which a Relevant EMTA Template has not become effective on the effective date of the Addendum, such terms shall govern each NDO Transaction for such Currency Pair with a Trade Date that falls before the effective date of a Relevant EMTA Template for such Currency Pair.
