Relevant Effective Date definition
Relevant Effective Date means (i) in the case of any Lender party hereto on the Effective Date or any assignee of any such Lender, the Effective Date, and (ii) in the case of a Person which is an Eligible Transferee that initially becomes a Lender hereto pursuant to Section 2.14 or 2.15, the Incremental Loan Commitment Date specified in the respective Incremental Commitment Agreement for such Eligible Transferee.
Relevant Effective Date shall have the meaning given in Condition 1(e);
Relevant Effective Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(a).

Should the parties disagree as to the meaning of the Arbitrator's decision, either party may apply to the Arbitrator to clarify the decision, which they shall make every effort to do within seven (7) days of receipt of such application.
