Relevant Effective Date definition

Relevant Effective Date means (i) in the case of any Lender party hereto on the Effective Date or any assignee of any such Lender, the Effective Date, and (ii) in the case of a Person which is an Eligible Transferee that initially becomes a Lender hereto pursuant to Section 2.14 or 2.15, the Incremental Loan Commitment Date specified in the respective Incremental Commitment Agreement for such Eligible Transferee.

  • Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
