Relevant Data Subject definition

Relevant Data Subject means any person:

  • Instead of bringing a claim in a court under Section34, any Party, or a Relevant Data Subject may elect to refer any dispute arising out of or in connection with this IDTA (including non-contractual claims) to final resolution by arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, and those Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Section 35.

  • The Borrower agrees to notify any Relevant Data Subject of how the Bank may process their personal information pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Parties agree to submit to any arbitration started by another Party or by a Relevant Data Subject in accordance with this Section 35.

Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations. Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.
