Relevant Branch definition
Relevant Branch means the branch of a Relevant Credit Institution located in the different Member State. “Repayment“ means payment to eligible depositors up to the coverage level laid down in Article 6 of the Directive, done by the Host DGS on behalf the Home DGS in accordance with Article 14(2) of the same Directive, and following its Instructions.
