Relevant Assignment definition

Relevant Assignment means the DevCo Assignment and the O&MCo Assignment.
Relevant Assignment means an assignment of a Claim which that Scheme Claimant has, or may have, against any or all defendants arising from or by virtue of any act or omission of such defendant in connection with the SPhinX Companies or PlusFunds, and assigned before the Effective Date in connection with the Third Party Litigation;
Relevant Assignment means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the assignment over the Relevant SSIPL Intercompany Loans and the Relevant SSIPL Intercompany Loan Agreements in respect of that Series of Notes to be entered into between (1) SSIPL, as assignor, and (2) the Security Trustee, as security trustee;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, save as expressly provided, the BAWAG Release, the BAWAG Settlement Agreement and the Bar Order are not intended to, and shall not, waive or affect in any way any other claims or damages pursued by the JOLs, the SPhinX Trustee or any Scheme Claimant who has executed a Relevant Assignment in connection with the US Litigation.
