Released Plaintiff Persons definition

Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and any and all of her respective current and former employers, parent entities, controlling persons, owners, members, principals, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past or present officers, directors, managers, partners, stockholders, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers.
Released Plaintiff Persons means each of: FHFA, solely in its capacity as Conservator of the GSEs; the GSEs; and each and all of the GSEs’ respective past and/or present principals, Affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, general partners, limited partners and any Person in which FHFA or the GSEs have or had a controlling interest, and each such Person’s past and/or present administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, members, parents, subsidiaries, employees, principals, officers, managers, directors, partners, limited partners, investment bankers, representatives, estates, divisions, financial advisors, assigns, insurers and reinsurers. “Released Plaintiff Person” does not include any governmental entity or agency besides FHFA, solely in its capacity as Conservator of the GSEs.
Released Plaintiff Persons means (i) Plaintiffs and all other Settlement Class Members, (ii) all past and present Affiliates of any Settlement Class Member, (iii) all past and present officers, directors, employees, members, limited or general partners, insurers, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, auditors, consultants, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of the persons and entities included in (i) or (ii).

Released Plaintiff Persons means, collectively, Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, each and every Settlement Class Member, any other counsel any Settlement Class Member retained or employed in this Action (including those prior to the consolidation of the individual cases) and each of their past and/or present employees, officers, partners, directors, managing directors, representatives, affiliates, agents, attorneys, insurers, reinsurers, principals, members, managers, families, stockholders, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, divisions, successors and assigns in their capacities as such.
Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s Counsel, and each of their immediate family members, spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, attorneys, personal or legal representatives, advisors, estates, assigns, and agents thereof.

Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiffs, Merkwan, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, and each and all of their past, present, or future family members, spouses, domestic partners, parents, associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, stockholders, owners, members, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, underwriters, investment banks or bankers, commercial bankers, insurers, reinsurers, excess insurers, co-insurers, advisors, principals, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, estates, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, personal or legal representatives, administrators, or any other person or entity acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of any Plaintiff, Merkwan or any counsel for any Plaintiff or Merkwan, and each of their respective predecessors, successors, and assigns, and all Current Evoqua Shareholders (solely in their capacity as Evoqua shareholders).
Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and all other Settlement Class Members and their heirs, estates, executors, trustees, successors and assigns, and Plaintiff’s Counsel.
Released Plaintiff Persons means the Plaintiffs and Counsel for the Plaintiffs.
