Releaser definition

Releaser means a Party together with all of its subsidiaries, successors, assigns, representatives, agents and any and all the officers, directors, representatives, employees or agents of any of the foregoing.
Releaser has the meaning set forth in Section 5.17.
Releaser means CENTRAL BASIN MUNI and any of its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, groups, associates, general or limited partners or partnerships, predecessors, successors or assigns, including, without limitation, any of their respective present officers, trustees, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives and shareholders, affiliates, associates, general or limited partners or partnerships, heirs, executors, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns or insurers acting on behalf of Releaser.
