Released Gas definition

Released Gas means a quantity of gas that has been released from its purchase contract obligations either temporarily or permanently.

Examples of Released Gas in a sentence

  • If subsequent to the expiration of the Release Notice Period, Buyer requires all or part of the Released Gas, then Buyer shall so notify Seller and Seller shall make the Released Gas available to Buyer for sale and delivery hereunder within 24 hours following such notice from Buyer.

  • If Buyer fails to take the Released Gas for a period of 120 consecutive Days, Seller shall have the option to be exercised in writing and upon 30 days notice of (i) having the Released Gas permanently released from commitment hereunder and gathered under the Gathering Services Agreement.

  • Subject only to Seller's Reservations, Seller exclusively commits to the performance of this Agreement the Committed Reserves, represents that the Committed Reserves are not otherwise subject to any purchase and sale agreement, and agrees not to sell, transfer or deliver to any third party any Gas produced from the Committed Reserves, other than Released Gas pursuant to Section 3.3.

  • Any Released Gas shall at Seller's option, be gathered under the Gathering Services Agreement.

  • If Buyer fails to take all the Released Gas for a period of 120 consecutive Days, Seller shall have the option to be exercised in writing and upon 30 days notice of (i) having the Released Gas one hundred twenty (120) Days in any two hundred (200) Day period, then upon thirty (30) days notice from Seller, the Released Gas shall be permanently released from commitment hereunder and gathered under the Gathering Services Agreement.

  • For any Month beginning after * REDACTED, and with at least six (6) Business Days advance notice prior to the first Day of such Month, either Party may obtain the release during * such Month of up to REDACTED of the volumes (in Mcf's) of the gas which would then have been Committed Gas for such Month ("Released Gas").

  • In settling the dispute, the Accounting Arbitrator (a) shall determine the Volumes of Released Gas and the likely production curve based upon the then proved producing reserves of the ▇▇▇▇▇ delivering to the applicable Receipt Point and such Volumes shall be deducted from the Base Volumes and (b) shall be permitted to engage technical consultants, including independent engineering firms, as necessary.

  • The total quantity of Released Gas from Delivery Points on the same Transporter * in the same Pricing Pool shall not exceed REDACTED of the total volumes of gas which would have been Committed Gas for such Month.

  • Any Released Gas shall at Seller's option, be gathered under the Gathering Services Agreement.("Released Gas").
