Released Defendants Persons means Defendants, any other individual
Released Defendants Persons means: (i) Defendants, (ii) all of the current and former representatives, insurers, attorneys, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each Defendant, in their capacities as such; and (iii) the Released Company Persons.
Released Defendants Persons means Defendants, any entity in which any Defendant has a controlling interest, and any entity under common control with any Defendant (collectively, “Defendant Entities”); as well as any of Defendant Entities’ respective current and former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, partnerships, partners, committees, joint ventures, trustees, trusts, employees, heirs, insurers and reinsurers (in their capacities as such), and consultants, experts, and attorneys.

Released Defendants Persons means all Defendants, Paramount and any and all of their respective former or current, direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, controlling persons, stockholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, fiduciaries, predecessors, successors, trusts, trustees, trust beneficiaries, family members, spouses, heirs, executors, estates, administrators, assigns, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, joint ventures, general or limited partners, members, managers, managing members, attorneys, insurers and reinsurers in their capacities as such with respect to the policies applicable to the Action only, advisors (including, without limitation, financial and investment advisors),
Released Defendants Persons means Defendants, any other individual named as a defendant in any complaint filed in any of the Actions, the Company, the SLC, and any entity in which the Company has a controlling interest, as well as their respective current and former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, partnerships, partners, committees, joint ventures, trustees, trusts, employees, immediate family members, heirs, insurers and reinsurers (in their capacities as such), and consultants, experts, and attorneys (provided, however, that consultants, experts and attorneys are only “Released Defendants’ Persons” insofar as they were engaged by Defendants and are not released under this Stipulation if and to the extent that they were engaged by the Company).
