Release status shall exist at any time when the actual or implied rating of the U.S. Borrower's senior long-term unsecured debt is at or above BBB- from S&P or at or above Baa3 from Moody's; if either of S&P or Moody's shall change its system of classifications after the date of this Agreement Release Status shall exist at any time
Release status means information concerning whether or not an individual is incarcerated and the reason therefor, which shall include but is not limited to information concerning releases on bail, or on own recognizance, commitments in default of bail, referrals to other agencies, decision of prosecutors not to commence or to postpone criminal proceedings, release from institutions and any conditions imposed concerning those released.
Release status means the status of a youth who has been released from a type 1 or type 2 secured correctional facility to a release placement, including the youth’s home, a relative’s home, foster home, group home, child caring institution or inde- pendent living.
