Release Provisions. Reservations for individual rooms within the Room Block are due by the Release Date set forth above. Individual reservations or the Group’s rooming list for desired guest rooms within the Room Block will be accepted until the designated time on the Release Date. Rooms in the Room Block that are unreserved as of the designated time on the Release Date will be released back to the Hotel with no penalty incurred. After the designated time on the Release Date, the Hotel will no longer guarantee room availability or the contracted rate for the Group. Reservation requests received after the designated time on the Release Date are subject to space availability and rates determined by the Hotel. In addition, any early arrivals or late departures beyond the dates listed above as part of the Room Block will be accepted on a space available basis at the regular rate determined by the Hotel.
