Release Instructions definition

Release Instructions means instruction issued by NCCPL to CDC requesting release of any or all Margin Securities in accordance with Clause 5;
Release Instructions means a letter from the Old Notes Trustee to the Shared Security Agent substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Release Instructions) to the Schemes.
Release Instructions means written joint instructions from the Administrative Agent and the applicable Certificate Holders directing the Escrow Agent to release from escrow the Certificates for the Restricted Equity Interests identified in such instructions to the Persons at the addresses and at such times as required by the Release Instructions.

  • Proper Instructions means Written Instructions.

  • Direct instruction means any instruction given by the person required to provide the notification or any person controlled by that person within the meaning of Article L. 233-3 of the Commercial Code, stipulating how the management company or the investment service provider should exercise the voting rights under given circumstances;

  • Quantified site instructions means Site instructions from the Engineer or his representative to the Contractor instructing him to carry out quantified works drawn from the contract to be carried out within a specified period.

  • Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.
