Each potential Grant Program grant recipient(or parent/legal guardian if a minor in their state of residence) will be required to complete, sign (as applicable) and return a Declaration of Compliance, LiabilityWaiver, tax documentation and, where not prohibited by law, a Publicity Release ("Declaration"), which must be received by Administrator within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the grant.
