Release Deadline Date definition

Release Deadline Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12(d).
Release Deadline Date is defined in Section 4.6.
Release Deadline Date means the sixtieth (60th) day following the Eligible Employee’s Termination Date.

  • If the Release does not become effective and irrevocable by the Release Deadline Date, the Participant will forfeit any right to the Severance Benefits.

Release Deadline Date means the sixtieth (60th) day following the later of (1) the date of the Participant’s Involuntary Termination or (2) the date of the consummation of the Change in Control.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Release Expiration Date means the date that is twenty-one (21) days following the date upon which the Company timely delivers to Executive the Release (which shall occur no later than seven (7) days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is “in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program” (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is forty-five (45) days following such delivery date.
