release call definition
release call means the call calculated by reference to the release call percentage for each open policy year, being the call required to relieve an Operator of his liability to pay further calls (other than overspill calls) in respect of open policy years during which his vessel was entered with the Holding Club; "release call percentage" means the percentage margin in excess of the expected total premium set in accordance with Clause 8.1 for each open policy year by the Club from time to time by reference to which release calls are calculated;
