Release Authorizations definition

Release Authorizations means firm, non-cancellable orders instructing UQM to release Products under the initial and subsequent Blanket Purchase Orders on specified dates subject to Lead Times.

  • With the Energy Usage Account Data Release Authorization(s) executed by Participant, MassCEC and Abode may seek to get electrical and gas consumption data directly from the Participant’s utilities.

  • If the Mail Handlers Union requests First Health to perform a Confidential Medical Information Transfer, under the provisions of this Agreement or by other means, such request constitutes the Mail Handlers Union's representation and warranty that the requested Confidential Medical Information Transfer is to an authorized representative of the Plan for a lawful purpose and the Mail Handlers Union has obtained the appropriate Release Authorization(s).
