Relative/Relation definition

Relative/Relation means Your legal spouse, parent, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandparent-in-law, children (inclusive of, adopted children, step-children), brother, sister, brother or sister-in-law, niece or nephew.

  • near relative in relation to a seaman means the wife or parent or a grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister of the seaman or the guardian or the person having the custody of a child of the seaman;
