Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
regulated profession means a regulated profession as defined in Article 3(1)(a) of Directive 2005/36/EC.
Related Products means (i) with respect to Resource Adequacy Benefits that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are in excess of those Resource Adequacy Benefits used by Seller or by a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the Resource Adequacy Benefits are to be used, resource adequacy obligation under any Resource Adequacy Ruling, and (ii) any Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and all other attributes associated with the electric energy or capacity of the Generating Facility (but not including any Financial Incentives) that are in excess of those Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes or other attributes used, or retained for future use, by Seller or a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the relevant attribute(s) are to be used or retained, obligation under Applicable Law.
Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;
regulated product means a consumer product for which a VOC standard is specified in section 94509(a), and
Investment Related Property means: (i) all “investment property” (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and (ii) all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the UCC): all Pledged Equity Interests, Pledged Debt, the Investment Accounts and certificates of deposit.
Crime-related prohibition means an order of a court
Bid Process means the process of selection of the Successful Bidder through competitive bidding and includes submission of Bids, scrutiny and evaluation of such Bids as set forth in the RFP.
Related Property means a parcel of real property, together with improvements thereon and personal property related thereto, that is “related” within the meaning of the definition of Significant Obligor, to the Property.
Asset-Related Property shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.1(b).
Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.
Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.
Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.
Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.
Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.
Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
Designated provider means a person who:
Criminal Procedure Act means the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977 (Act No. 51 of 1977);
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.
