Related Development definition

Related Development means any development of which the Project is a part or is related and the Project cannot be completed, either structurally or financially, without the completion of the development.
Related Development means a development such that the purchaser of a lot will pay fees to the homeowners association of such development through the homeowners association of a primary development or another development.
Related Development means any development in which the Principal or a Related Entity of the Principal has an interest which equals or exceeds 50%. Related Entity has the meaning it has in the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).

  • A conceptual construction estimate(s) prepared by a qualified general contractor or third-party estimator for the Project and any Related Development, including trade breakdowns in the form of a schedule of values and a reasonable estimating contingency, if applicable, with sufficient detail to demonstrate expected construction-related costs.

  • Any Related Development must be completed prior to or concurrently with the completion of the Project, and there must be sufficient funding to operate the Related Development.

  • Otherwise, the Applicant must provide a separate development budget for the Related Development.

  • If the operation of the Related Development is necessary for the feasibility of the Project, the Applicant must submit an acceptable operating budget for the Related Development fully disclosing all of the projected income costs of operating the Related Development during the Compliance Period.

  • If the Project is part of, or related to, another development and cannot be completed without the completion of the other development, either structurally or financially, then the Applicant must also demonstrate that the Related Development will be completed prior to or concurrently with the completion of the Project and that there is sufficient capacity and funding to complete the Related Development.

  • Policy S3 requires that the construction of approximately 18,870 houses within the Northampton Borough over the plan period and Policy S4 requires the provision of about 28,470 new dwellings within the Northampton Related Development Area (NRDA) between 2011 and 2029.

Related Development specifically excludes the Patent. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Altnet P2P software stack does not contain any protectible element of the Patent and that, as between Licensee and Kinetech, Licensee has the exclusive, proprietary ownership and use rights to the Altnet P2P software stack, together with all code and other components thereof, whether developed by or for, or licensed to, Licensee and any improvements or modifications thereto, including all know-how, techniques, inventions and code relating thereto (collectively, the "ALTNET P2P STACK").

Related to Related Development

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Development means any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including, but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, or storage of equipment or materials.

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;

  • authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential.   • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Economic development incentive means a financial incentive,

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.
