RELATED COST definition
RELATED COST means any liability, cost, expense (including, without limitation, any reasonable expenses of investigation and attorneys' and accountants' fees), loss, damage, assessment, settlement or judgment (other than an item of Tax) which arises out of the imposition or assessment of any Tax.
