Rejection List definition

Rejection List means the list, as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that will be rejected by the Reorganized Debtors pursuant to the Plan, which list shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
Rejection List means the list of Rejected Leases and Contracts, which will be filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served on all parties to the Rejected Leases and Contracts, on or before the Supplement Deadline.
Rejection List means a list, if any, filed by the Debtors not less than ten (10) days prior to the Confirmation Hearing setting forth the leases and contracts the Debtors are rejecting under the Plan pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, (with the consent of the Lenders and the Committee), including the Affiliate Leases, the Committee with the consent of the Lenders direct the Debtors to reject, which Rejection List shall be served upon the non-Debtor party to each lease or contract described therein.

  • Entry of the Confirmation Order by the Bankruptcy Court shall constitute a Final Order approving the assumptions and assumptions and assignments of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases as set forth in the Plan and the Assumption List and the rejections of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases as set forth in the Rejection List, pursuant to sections 365(a) and 1123 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • The Purchaser and the Company shall negotiate in good faith to develop the following lists, each of which shall be mutually satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchaser and the Company: (i) a list of which Executory Contracts shall be rejected (the "Rejection List") and (ii) a list of those Executory Contracts for which a Final Order authorizing assumption will be required as a condition to closing (the "Required Contracts").
