Rejected Items definition

Rejected Items means any Item or shipment of Items that is rejected as nonconforming to the Toyota Requirements, any Contract Document, or these Terms by a Toyota Party before the end of the Inspection Period. In the case of Tooling, it will be considered a “Rejected Item” if, at any time, the Tooling is not producing Items in strict conformity with the Toyota Requirements, any Contract Document, or these Terms, or is otherwise nonconforming, as determined by Toyota Party.

Examples of Rejected Items in a sentence

  • Rejected Items shall, at ▇▇▇▇▇’s election and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s risk and expense, be held by ▇▇▇▇▇ or returned to Seller.

  • To the extent that DOIT and/or any Agency incurs any costs or expenses in connection with the Rejected Items, including, but not limited to, disposing of the Rejected Items, the Bidder shall reimburse the appropriate State entity no later than thirty (30) days after the date of invoice for such costs and expenses.

  • Resubmittal of Rejected Items: Any item rejected by WessDel and subsequently resubmitted to WessDel shall be clearly identified as a resubmitted item, indicating procurement document number and WessDel reject document number in Supplier’s certificate of conformance.

  • The Bidder agrees and acknowledges that its failure to retrieve and remove from any State premises the Rejected Items within such time shall be deemed to be an abandonment of the Rejected Items and, without more required of any party, shall vest authority in DOIT or any Agency to use or dispose of the Rejected Items as if they were the State’s own property, as they deem it to be appropriate and in accordance with the law without incurring any liability or obligation to the Bidder or any other party.

  • If DOIT notifies Bidders that they must retrieve samples, or any other Systems, goods or equipment (collectively, the “Rejected Items”) belonging to the Bidder, wherever located, the Bidder must do so within forty-eight (48) hours after notification unless public health and safety require immediate destruction or other disposal of the Rejected Items.

  • If any item, shipment of items, or services are rejected as nonconforming by WHOI (for failure to meet WHOI’s specifications or any other reason) as of or before the end of the Inspection Period ("Rejected Items"), Seller shall, at its cost and as directed by WHOI (i) Accept a return of such item or items.

  • Newegg reserves the right to require payment of the return shipping costs before returning any Rejected Items or trade-in devices to you.

  • You will not receive any payment for Rejected Items and such items will be returned to you, subject to the following exceptions: • Newegg will not return the following Rejected Items to you: Undeliverable or Counterfeit items.

  • Rejected Items: Deposit items which have been rejected may not be resubmitted electronically for up to 24 hours after the initial deposit.

  • The Rejected Items Book will give the detail of the item and reason for rejection.
