Rejected Ballots definition

Rejected Ballots means those ballots that have been improperly marked and/or defaced by elector(s) which are not included in the tally of valid ballots cast during the counting of the votes.
Rejected Ballots means those ballots which are rejected by the vote tabulating machine.
Rejected Ballots means those ballots that have been improperly marked and/or defaced by elector(s) which are not included in the tally of valid ballots cast during the counting of the votes, or not received before the closing of the polls.
