Reimbursement Allowance definition

Reimbursement Allowance means the amount credited to a Participant’s HRA Account as provided for in Section 3.2.‌
Reimbursement Allowance shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Daimler Lease.
Reimbursement Allowance means the amount credited to a Participant’s HRA Account as provided for in Subsection 3.2 of Addendum A and Addendum B.

Examples of Reimbursement Allowance in a sentence

  • If the costs incurred by Tenant in constructing the Tenant Work exceed the Reimbursement Allowance, then Tenant shall pay all such excess costs and Tenant agrees to keep the Premises and the Project free from any liens arising out of the non-payment of such costs.

  • Validate and process 85% of RITA, ETTRA, and Income Tax Reimbursement Allowance (ITRA) vouchers within 30 days of receipt of a complete voucher (including adequate funding).

  • Group agrees to accept as payment in full for Covered Services rendered to NativeBlue Members the lesser of Group's Usual Charge or The Plan's Maximum Reimbursement Allowance set forth in Article III and hold NativeBlue Members harmless from any sums in excess of this Maximum Reimbursement Allowance.

  • In the event that Group has not separately contracted with The Plan for its other networks, including but not limited to BlueLincs HMO or Blue Advantage PPO, the terms of this Blue Preferred PPO Addendum, including the Maximum Reimbursement Allowance described herein, shall be applicable to any Covered Services rendered to a Member whose designated network is one in which Group does not participate.

  • Group agrees to hold such Member harmless from any sums in excess of the Blue Preferred PPO Maximum Reimbursement Allowance.
