Reimbursable Item(s) definition

Reimbursable Item(s) or “Reimbursable(s)” means tangible item(s) utilized by Criteria Architect’s or Subconsultant’s employees in the performance of Service(s).
Reimbursable Item(s) or “Reimbursable(s)” means tangible item(s) utilized by Contractor’s employees in the performance of the Work. The “State” refers to the Judicial Council of California / Administrative Office of the Courts (“AOC”). The State is one of the parties to this Agreement. The term State shall also include any individual designated to perform technical and/or administrative functions, as set forth herein.
Reimbursable Item(s) are those items specified in the Service Order Instructions Page or the Purchase Order as being Reimbursable Items;

  • The amounts listed here are allowances only and the individual Reimbursable Items to be invoiced may exceed the amounts listed in this section provided the total amount invoiced does not exceed the subtotal of all Reimbursable Items.

  • Any Reimbursable Items purchased by Consultant that remain unused at the completion of the Work shall be returned to the Judicial Council Project Manager prior to submission of Consultant’s final invoice pertaining to the Service Work Order under which said Reimbursable Items were purchased.

  • Cost of travel or living expense must not exceed the allowance specified in the Judicial Council Travel and Living Expense Guideline; Reimbursable Items (if applicable) with the description, actual cost incurred, quantity, and subtotal using the same language as provided in the Service Work Order.

  • The Company will provide a Company invoice (attaching receipts) to claim Other Reimbursable Items per subsection 3b.

Reimbursable Item(s) defined in Schedule C Rent Commencement Date: defined in the Basic Lease Provisions. Rent Payment Date: the first day of each consecutive calendar month during the Term.
