  • Except to the extent that a change in the business of the Company is approved in accordance with clause 9 (Reserved matters), the business of the Company shall be to conduct for itself, or by means of investments in other entities, a serviced commercial offices business in the United Kingdom under the Regus Brand (unless the Regus Brand Agreement terminates or is terminated).
